As the first engineer at Fintalo, you’ll join the founding team and help build the technological foundation of a state-of-the-art M&A operating system, shaping how an entire industry works
Working at Fintalo means taking ownership of core product modules, finding pragmatic solutions, and shaping our engineering standards
You’ll define our technical culture and enable us to scale quickly and securely
A core part will be building/improving a company-wide RAG/MCP-based AI infrastructure that integrates our internal data directly into intelligent workflows and automation

👩‍🍳 Responsibilities

Work with customers to identify and implement new AI use cases in M&A workflows
Design systems with a strong focus on data integrity, performance, and security
Act as lead engineer alongside the founders to integrate Fintalo with leading financial institutions around the world

You don’t need years of experience — we care more that you can learn fast, build things end-to-end, and are excited to take ownership with support from the founders
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in modern full-stack development (TypeScript, Node.js, React, SQL) and familiarity with cloud-native data platforms such as Supabase or AWS
Initiative, team spirit, and excitement to take ownership in a startup
Curiosity about applied AI and comfort learning new tools quickly
